The Company also announces that Director Mr. Peter Jones has advised that he will be retiring as at the 2022 Annual Meeting, and that Mr. Adam Lundin will be proposed as a director nominee to stand for election at the Company's upcoming annual meeting of shareholders.

Ms. Lam brings extensive executive management and international business experience. She has held several executive and finance leadership positions in private and publicly traded companies, including EVP and COO of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, EVP and CFO of Uranium One Inc., SVP, Finance at Kinross Gold Corporation and CFO at Nexans Canada Inc. Ms. Lam holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, an MBA from the Ivey Business School, University of Western Ontario, is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Gibson Energy Inc., Major Drilling Group International Inc. and the Toronto Hydro Corporation.
Mr. Adam Lundin is currently the President, CEO and a director of Josemaria Resources Inc. He has been involved directly and indirectly in the natural resource industry his entire life. He began his working career with several Lundin Group companies in various countries before moving into finance where he ultimately became co-head of the London office for an international securities firm. Prior to joining Josemaria Resources, he was President and CEO of Filo Mining Corp. until 2019. Mr. A. Lundin studied Mining Technology and Marketing Management at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, and currently sits on the Board of Directors of Josemaria Resources, Filo Mining Corp., NGEx Minerals Ltd. and Lundin Energy AB.
